We recently moved into a new home in West Town and our garage door sensor wasn't working. Eusebio with Skyline Overhead Doors was excellent. Very responsive and scheduled to come out right away. He fixed the problem and explained what the issue was, so in the future I would be aware of it. He also checked the rest of the garage door, springs, and rollers to make sure it was operating well. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Quick tune up, fixed the squeak I was having and showed me where to look at next time to prevent it from coming back!

We required repair of a garage door urgently. Due to a power surge the door, which was in the closed position, could not be opened. The owner came the day we called and found the electrical components and motor were burned out. He quoted us a fair price. The next day he and his helper replaced the electrical components and the motor. He knew exactly what was needed, did the replacements efficiently and it has been working very well. We highly recommend Jesus.

Replaced the garage springs. Only took 20 minutes with great price! Thank you

This company is hands down the best around! I wish I could give him 10 Stars as he went above and beyond for us. We installed a top of the line garage door and he made it as simple as possible for us! Super quick install ! There’s nobody else I’d go with for garage help! Don’t think twice on this company! Thank you Eusebio for all your help!!!

They tried for Same-day service for broken springs, highly praised for that. They... had all the tools etc needed to fix my door.

This company has always responded to service calls same day and did excellent work. The servicing is on an overhead parking garage door that has constant use. Their work and customer contact is very professional. I highly recommend them.

Eusebio is great. I was having an issue with my door closing and he offered me a few different options for repair. He’s always my first call.

Our garage door wasn’t opening, I called morning of and they were able to get out here within an hour to see what the issue was. Embarrassingly, the power needed to be switched back on in the garage - but he was SUPER understanding and very patient with the situation. Will definitely contact them again when an issue comes up!

We’ve worked with Garage Door and Dock Experts for years, and they’re the team that handles all our overhead door repairs at the company I work for. They always take great care of us—responding quickly, explaining everything clearly, and getting the job done right. They recently replaced a spring on one of our overhead doors, and the service was quick and smooth, just like every other time we’ve called them. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with my garage door technician in Cary, Illinois. He replaced my broken springs quickly and professionally, and the door is working better than ever. He arrived on time, explained the repair clearly, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. It’s not always easy to find someone reliable for home repairs, but this was top-notch service at a fair price. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone in the Cary area who needs garage door work done.

Amazing technician, amazing service, overall great quality work! After past experiences with different company's, Garage door and Dock stood out for their customer care and attention to detail! Eusebio walked me through any questions I had and pin pointed what needed fixing with genuine honesty. On time, responsible and just a call away! They are very flexible and are a great company at ones reach, weather you are in chicago, elgin, crystal lake, Barrington or any surrounding neighborhoods! Would highly recommend.

Fast, professional service! My garage door was off track and they fixed it quickly and safely. The technician was on time, honest, and very knowledgeable. Great price and great work — highly recommend!
